Our Practical Nurses are part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will earn: up to $37.40 per hour! NEW WAGES!

• Starting wages $29.00 – $33.00 per hour based on years of certification

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Full‑time or part‑time available – all shifts include rotating weekends & holidays
• 12‑hour shifts
• Day or night shifts available

How you will help people every day:

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans,(significant parameters, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the nurse aide team, giving direction, assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.
