Our Nursing Assistants are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. Our CNAs notice changes in mood and behavior, helping our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. We rely on our Nursing Assistants as they are a fundamental component of our clinical nursing team.

Up to $28.40 per hour on Nights. Starting wage $19.35–$23.00 per hour based on years of certification. PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay. PLUS Shift Premiums: $2.00 per hour on 3rd Shift. Yearly Wage Increases.

• 12‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventative care, mouth care, shaving, dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.

• Completed an approved nurse assistant training program and hold current CNA certification from the State of Michigan.
