CNA Nurse Assistant - 12hr Night Shift (Cadillac, MI)

Our CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team recognize potential medical issues.

We rely on our Nursing Assistants as a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

• Starting wage $19.35 - $23.00 per hour based on years of certification, plus $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Shift Premiums: $2.00 per hour on 3rd Shift

• 12‑hour night shifts, rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time position

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors; build a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging progress and well‑being
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as needed to the nursing team

• Completed an approved nurse assistant training program and current CNA certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and completing the job
