In this full-time position, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated anesthesiology team, working independently with minimal supervision. The role involves participating in call rotations, providing coverage during evenings and weekends, and handling a variety of surgical cases across all age groups. Required Skills:

• Valid and current CRNA certification/license
• Experience with regional anesthesia blocks and OB anesthesia
• Proficiency in managing diverse surgical cases
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with trauma cases
• Familiarity with Plexus EMR system
• Previous locum or hospital-based anesthesia experience
• Ability to handle a high-volume surgical environment

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• At least 2 years of clinical CRNA experience, particularly in hospital settings with trauma designation

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in call rotations (one weekday, one weekend per month)
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule (07:00 AM – 05:00 PM during weekdays; call shifts as specified)
• Must be available to start on or around June 1, 2025
• Valid medical licenses for practicing in Michigan; reimbursements for licensure and certifications are provided
• Travel and related expenses reimbursed where applicable

This position offers an hourly rate of $177.55, with additional compensation for night and holiday call, weekend coverage, and callbacks.
