All Ages - Number of Operating Rooms: 5
• Requirements
- AANA Board Certified
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS
- Active MI License
- Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience
- Must participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS
- Clean background
- COVID vaccination
- Must be willing to be in call rotation
• Support Staff
- OR Staff:
Four part-time MDA's, three full-time CRNA's
• EMR
