Financial Manager, Corporate Finance, Accounting Manager
Salary Range: $123,000 - $172,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and general ledger operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for the manufacturing facility.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust cost accounting systems, analyzing manufacturing variances and product profitability.
- Establish and enforce strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fixed asset accounting, optimizing financial resources.
- Coordinate and support the annual external audit process, serving as the primary liaison with auditors.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support operational decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and standard costing methodologies.
- Proven proficiency with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop an accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP system implementation or significant optimization projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and their application to cost control.
- Advanced proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced financial analysis.
- Prior experience with M&A due diligence and post-acquisition financial integration.
