Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Analyze and report on manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead).
- Develop and maintain standard costs for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
- Perform inventory valuation, reconciliation, and obsolescence analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts related to production costs.
- Provide detailed product cost analysis to support pricing decisions and profitability reviews.
- Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
- Prepare month‑end journal entries and reconciliations related to inventory and Cost of Goods Sold.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for cost control and efficiency.
- Experience with specific ERP modules for manufacturing costing (e.g., SAP CO-PC, Oracle Cost Management).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for presenting cost analysis.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their impact on cost drivers.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA for complex modeling and automation.
