Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent for a 15-week contract assignment specializing in commercial shell build-out with restaurant construction experience.

Our client is a full-service general contractor known for delivering new construction, remodels, and small-scale maintenance projects across various commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily onsite operations for a commercial shell build-out restaurant project.
-Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure quality work is completed on schedule.
-Enforce site safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant job site.
-Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and daily activities to meet deadlines.
-Review construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and stakeholders
-regarding job progress.
-Document project activities through daily reports and updates.

Pay rate is $40 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Superintendent to lead a high-visibility restaurant build-out project on a short-term basis.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on shell build-outs.
-Proven experience in restaurant construction is required.
-Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and schedules.
-Knowledge of local building codes and safety requirements.

Preferred:
-OSHA 30 certification.
-Experience managing fast-paced or quick-turnaround restaurant projects.
-Familiarity with field management software and digital reporting tools.
