Tommy’s is looking for an individual to exceed guest expectations while providing a friendly guest experience. The Assistant Site Manager will help with daily operations under the general manager and ensure all company standards are being followed.

- Oversee all aspects of the site including but not limited to:
- Accurately track and handle invoices for payment and record invoices in the Management App.
- Ensure that the work schedule is properly made (for 3 weeks in advance) and appropriate for projected sales, to ensure that you are meeting your labor budget.
- Ensure a safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained business operation
- Investigate and handle all guest-related complaints, issues, and ensure top-notch guest service in all operations.
- Perform all POS and computer related systems tasks
- Able to manage opening, mid, and closing shifts on a weekly basis
- Retain and create new guest relations
- Maintain unit, grounds, and car wash
- Must be proficient in all opening and closing tasks.
- Update inventory and reports as needed
- Communicate effectively all necessary business operations with leadership
- Enforce cleaning and thorough hourly inspections
- Properly assign team members in positions to provide efficient operation and quality service
- Guest damage/ incident claims: handle guests in a positive manner, collect data, assist with the completion of a claim, ordering parts, calling guests, etc.
- Drive for Top Level KPI’s within the franchise community
- Ensure site follows Franchise standard of Tommy’s Express operations
- Assist in ordering parts for the wash
- Oversee wash cleaning and bring attention to any required maintenance, enforcing completion of the Wash Cleaning List
- Team Member Relations:
- Following responsibilities
- Manage team of direct reports and developing relationships
- Following checklists
- Providing team accountability
- Any additional tasks that pertain to benefiting the company and taking care of the guests
- Be an Ambassador for our Unlimited Club
- Professionally interview and hire the best qualified candidates based on the role responsibilities and federal labor guidelines
- Keep team members on task with clear, written, and measurable goals
- Properly handle disciplinary and human resources issues.
- Conduct team member performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Create and deliver corrective actions with assistance from HR.
- Assist in mid-year and end of year reviews
- Review and approve timecards
- Unit Management:
Ensure that all UKG responsibilities are complete- This may include scheduling team members in HRIS system.
- This may include reviewing and approving team member timecards
- Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
- Train and onboard new team members on all team member positions, utilizing Tommy’s U training tools and systems and verifying completion of all assigned training
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable on situational awareness and up to date safety procedures
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to all team members
- Develop Future Leaders on the following items
- How to run a shift
- How to make a schedule
- How to handle and warranty request report
- How to handle issues with team members and complete proper documentation
- How to complete and manage the hourly position board
- Proven Experience in a successful guest service role
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills
- Must be able to problem solve and multi-task
- High School Diploma or GED
