Work Coordinator

These are a contract roles through Magnit for Consumers Energy and we are looking to hire 8 resources. This role is fully onsite and seeking 8 resources to work in the following locations.

Saginaw, Flint, Jackson, Kalamazoo, West Kent, Bay City, Muskegon/Northern Shores and Cadillac.

• Tasks may include: typing, filing, data entry, verifying quality of work, scheduling, preparing forms, reports, operating a variety of office equipment, using a personal computer to enter and retrieve information to compile various routine reports/orders as well as utilize various computer software programs.
• Site check scheduling and reporting
• Crew equipment alignment and tracking
• Maintenance of fleet PM dates and down list
• On-call and overtime assignment tracking and reporting
• Work packet generation and maintenance
• Scheduling training, CDL exams, boom maintenance, hotels, etc.
• Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Experience tracking, maintaining and reporting on various inventories
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• 3-5 years’ experience in specialized/functional area/discipline

Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $/hr
