Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients per their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (desired).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
