Position OverviewCabot Creamery is seeking qualified candidates for the full‑time position of Resource Recovery Driver. This position requires a valid Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) with tanker endorsement and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities- Follow procedures for the proper land application of dairy wastes on permitted fields, including checking groundwater levels in monitoring wells, checking for ponding of water, checking wind direction, ensuring uniform application, and documenting all relevant activities clearly and efficiently.
- Care for company equipment and vehicles, including performing safety inspections, minor maintenance on equipment, washing vehicles, operating and maintaining the RO permeate spray field system, and performing other similar duties.
- Work a 4/10‑hour shift schedule per week with flexibility to cover weekends as needed.
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) with tanker endorsement and a clean driving record.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of and adherence to strict environmental laws and agricultural best practices.
