Security Officer Armed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate for a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with clinical staff and local first responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards, reporting findings per post orders;
Control entry and exit points by monitoring authorized access, checking identification as required, and assisting with visitor management and/or way finding in coordination with facility policies;
Complete security-related reports and documentation such as incident reports, shift activity logs, and evidence of patrols, and communicate notable issues to supervisors and site contacts
