- Fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property.
- Responsible for all operating aspects of the apartment community, general administration, and maintenance of the physical site.
- Ensure quick apartment unit turnaround and compliance with government regulations.
- Manage rental collections and maintain high occupancy rates.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a large apartment complex.
- Experience and understanding of Tax Credit Compliance required.
- Experience with property management software, Onesite experience a plus.
- Outgoing, organized, and effective communicator.
- Proficient in all standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software.
