## Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As an ABA Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles, conduct patient assessments, and collect data to track progress.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through effective therapeutic interventions.  Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
* Provide training and support to family members on behavioral strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
* Stay informed about best practices in ABA therapy and related fields.

* Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
