We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians at MKSA/KULA, an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. We believe our kiddos and their families deserve the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This position is open to both experienced occupational therapists and newly minted therapists; a successful mix of talent and motivation is the most important factor in finding the appropriate candidate for this opportunity.

MKSA/KULA provides developmental/psychological testing, nutritional evaluations, audiological evaluations, and a full spectrum of occupational, physical, and speech‑language therapy services. Children are placed in treatment rooms based on developmental needs and age, and work with licensed therapists, nurses, teachers, and teacher’s assistants. The clinic typically treats children from birth to kindergarten and also serves elementary children during the summer months.

• Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist
• One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in communication with a wide variety of people
• Experience working with children ages birth to six who are at risk
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment
• Ability to read, interpret, and comply with safety rules, policies, and other company documents; write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to apply common sense in carrying out instructions given in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations
