Substitute Custodial Worker – Cabot Schools

We are hiring substitute custodians in Cabot Public Schools. No previous experience is required!

Substitutes are essential in ensuring students continue to learn and grow every day in a safe and clean environment. Substitute custodians may also be referred to as custodial workers or maintenance workers.

• 18+ years of age
• Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education background clearance (out-of-pocket, non-refundable expense of $49.25)

• Day Shift: $14 per hour
• Evening Shift: $15 per hour

• Assume duties of the district custodian in accordance with school district rules, and Kelly policies
• Comply with school Safety Manual Rules and Regulations and OSHA requirements

• Free online classroom management training to help you become a capable, confident classroom leader
• Free ongoing professional development to keep your skills sharp
• Paid orientation on district policies and procedures
