Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and store associates by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, loading areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, observing for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards, and communicate concerns to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance to customers and/or staff while awaiting additional support when needed;
Complete reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and customer interactions, and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
