Security Officer - Flex Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, receiving docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with lost children or property, disputes, medical calls, and/or fire or intrusion alarms as directed by post orders;
Monitor and control access points as assigned, observing for suspicious behavior, supporting loss prevention staff when requested, and documenting observations per site policy;
Complete shift activity reports and incident reports, communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts, and support continuity during shift transitions
