Personal Care LPN

Works with Personal Care Coordinator, Medicaid Case Management Team, and other referral sources to implement Personal Care Attendant Services and Private Duty Nursing Services for private pay, HCBS, and State plan (MPQHF) recipients.

Recruit, hire, orient, supervise, and coordinate Personal Care attendants; evaluate recipient needs and place appropriate attendant(s); monitor attendant services and recipient satisfaction; review and authorize attendant and private duty nursing billing; assist the Personal Care Coordinator with marketing and reporting of services.

• Knowledge of the problems and needs of the elderly and physically disabled.
• Driver’s license.
• Ability to implement and use computer software accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

• Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 0-2 years.
• In‑home care experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Current Montana nursing license.
