Custodian

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Custodian to support Kadiak and our government customer in Butte, MT.

• Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas.
• Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles.
• Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces.

• Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances.
• Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors).
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).

• Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails).
• Clean and disinfect common areas.

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance.

• Remove debris and litter from grounds and walkways.

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Assist with setup/cleanup for special events.

• Follow federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations.
• Reports to Lead Custodian.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Covers various areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
• Prefer high school diploma.
• Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls experience in custodial care projects and able to lift 50 lbs.
