Custodian
Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Custodian to support Kadiak and our government customer in Butte, MT.
General Cleaning- Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas.
- Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles.
- Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces.
- Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances.
- Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors).
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails).
- Clean and disinfect common areas.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance.
- Remove debris and litter from grounds and walkways.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Assist with setup/cleanup for special events.
- Follow federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations.
- Reports to Lead Custodian.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Covers various areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
- Prefer high school diploma.
- Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls experience in custodial care projects and able to lift 50 lbs.
