Responsibilities- Provide skilled occupational therapy assistant services to residents in the skilled nursing setting, including short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient services.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the therapy team.
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing rehabilitation staff and contribute to patient-first care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too
