Personal Care Attendant – Butte, MT 59701

Works with the Personal Care Coordinator, Medicaid Case Management Team, and other referral sources to implement Personal Care Attendant Services and Private Duty Nursing Services for private pay, HCBS, and State plan (MPQHF) recipients. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, orienting, supervising, and coordinating Personal Care attendants; evaluating recipient needs and placing appropriate care attendant(s); monitoring personal care attendant services and recipient satisfaction;

reviewing and authorizing billing; and assisting the Personal Care Coordinator with marketing and reporting.

• Knowledge of the problems and needs of the elderly and physically disabled.
• Driver’s license.
• Ability to implement and use computer software accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

• Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 0–2 years.
• In‑home care experience helpful, but not necessary.
