We are looking for: The Industrial function’s role is to help the Syensqo with safety initiatives and support the group's transformation in operational excellence. Remediation, Reclamation, and Real Estate is responsible for a closed site in Montana that historically produced elemental phosphorus. A remediation option for one of the materials left on-site (clarifier material containing phosphorus) will use Mud Still technology to recover elemental phosphorus.

The mud still is a batch process that will heat the clarifier material under pressure to the point where phosphorus is driven off as a vapor and then condensed into a marketable P4 product.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phosphorus Handling or Manufacturing Experience Preferred
• 3 Years Plan Operation or Maintenance Experience Preferred
• Heavy Equipment Operation Preferred
• Fork Lift Operator Certification Preferred
• 40 HAZWOPER Certification Preferred

• Competitive salary & benefits package
• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is ($32.00 per hour). Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
