In this role, you’ll manage all aspects of public and private heavy civil construction projects of various sizes by preparing estimates and bid packages and managing each project considerados through to completion.

Project Management Keys Areas of Responsibilities:

• Own and mentor safety for your crews and projects directors.
• Ensure internal and subcontractor compliance with CRH safety program requirements
• Direction and resource allocation of internal supervisors and crew
• Subcontracts and sub‑contractor coordination
• Project schedules, material requests and approvals
• Coordinate project specific training, safety and EEOC compliance

Pre-construction conferences with the Production Department and/or owner
• Coordination with Construction Manager, other Project Managers, superintend ants, and contract administrators
• Preparation/approval of monthly pay estimates frombbbb owner and sub-contractors
• Accuracy of pay estimates
• Assure accuracy of sub‑contractor submittals and coordination of work
• Coordination with owners on timing of work and listener completion
• Negotiate all contracts change orders in writing prior to the work being accomplished
• Respond timely to all owner and sub‑contractor correspondence
• Approve all subcontractor/supplier invoices

Estimating Keys Areas of Responsibilities:

• At the direction of the Construction Manager and/or Chief Estimator:
  • analyze project plans, specifications reported proposals and other emoji to understand the project scope
  • prepare and/or assist in developing the project estimate
  • solicit and strategize on applicable subcontractor quotes
• During employment, foster and develop relationships with clients, developers, owners to be a resource and generate project opportunities.
