Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, Pennsylvania. As a leader in our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance best practices and foster a culture of excellence

• Provide mentorship and support to new employees, promoting a culture of growth and development

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with residents, families, and staff

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments
