Our client is a globally respected manufacturer of heavy-duty machine tools serving the aluminum, steel, and paper industries. Their work quite literally keeps industrial production moving - and they're looking for skilled CNC Machinists who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and doing things right the first time.
If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems at the machine, and producing high-quality parts that matter, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable, well-run manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes with precision and efficiency
- Produce complex parts that meet tight tolerances, quality standards, and production timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
- Work independently or as part of a collaborative shop team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controls
- Strong ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Experience working in a machine shop environment (1+ year preferred)
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Reliable, self-motivated work style with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform shop-floor duties safely
- Competitive pay based on experience and skill level
- Full-time, stable employment with consistent hours
- Clean, safe, and well-maintained shop environment
- 10 paid holidays plus paid vacation time
- Comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Life and disability insurance
- Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
This is more than just another CNC role - it's a chance to work on meaningful equipment, sharpen your technical skills, and be part of a team that values quality, reliability, and long-term success.
If you're a CNC Machinist who takes pride in your work and wants a role where your skills truly matter, this could be a great next step.
