Thoracic Surgeon Opportunity Near Pittsburg, PA

We are seeking a dedicated Thoracic Surgeon to join our group of highly-skilled physicians just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Please join our effort to make a difference in our communities each and every day.

About the position:

• Join an group of 4 Thoracic surgeons
• Expanding program and succession planning- thoracic cases are currently being done by the CT surgeons. Transitioning thoracic cases to a dedicated thoracic surgeon.
• 3
  -Butler CT surgeons will be available to mentor as well as the 2 thoracic surgeons in the Westmoreland Area Advanced Lung Center at Butler
• Working between 2 clinics
• 50/50 inpatient/clinic
• 120 cases last year
• 2 APPs
• No esophageal
• One Robot at present- 2 nd robot will be added

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Current Pennsylvania state medical licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
