Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to join our team as a Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead remediation projects, work directly with clients and regulators, and contribute to the continued growth of our SI&R practice.
What You'll Do- Serve as the technical and project lead for site investigation and remediation projects in New Jersey and select out-of-state locations.
- Manage projects through all phases, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality deliverables, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate project team, schedules, and budgets.
- Interface with clients, regulators, and internal technical staff.
- Support proposal development and business development efforts as needed.
- Active Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) license in New Jersey.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a closely related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel; GIS experience is a plus.
- Experience with software such as AutoCAD, RACER, Microsoft Access, HEC-RAS, Enviro Insite, ArcGIS, BIOCHLOR, ProUCL, or similar tools (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead project teams.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local and regional site travel, as needed.
- Broad knowledge of New Jersey environmental regulations related to site remediation, including ISRA, Underground Storage Tank (UST) remediation, and the New Jersey Spill Act.
- Familiarity with environmental permitting requirements, including preparation of partial or complete NJDEP Land Use Permits.
- Experience conducting environmental due diligence in accordance with ASTM E1527-21, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including three days per week in the Butler, NJ office.
- Active participation and membership in outside professional and industry groups.
- Ability to successfully complete a federal government background investigation.
