An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adult Social Worker. They are looking for a new member to join their Adult's Integrated Neighbourhood Team based in Bury.

In this role, you will be undertaking assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014, holding a caseload, and supporting the duty function. You will be responsible for evaluating the needs of individuals, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support. Your duties include conducting thorough assessments, developing care plans, and regularly reviewing the progress and effectiveness of these plans. You will also collaborate with other professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive support to those in need.

Your role is crucial in promoting the well‑being and independence of individuals, making a significant impact on their lives.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post‑qualified experience. You must also have experience of assessments, support planning, duty, CHC, MCA and best interest, working with adults of working age.
