We’re hiring an apprentice Vehicle Damage Assessor to support our team based in AAR Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, and will be working in partnership with a leading training provider to deliver a great apprenticeship programme that will be the perfect stepping stone for your future career.

We’ve designed our programme to be entered at any stage of your post‑16 education and will give you all the support you need to really succeed. You will learn through virtual classes and 1:1’s with our training provider, as well as self‑directed learning and on‑the‑job training. You will spend 20% of your working hours studying toward your qualification and will be supported throughout by a designated tutor at the training provider, your People Manager and a member of our People Team.

Our body shop vehicle damage assessors are skilled in their trade, using their expertise to provide estimates for the cost of repair for damaged vehicles.

You will be supported every step of your journey and will work with a designated mentor throughout your time on the programme.

You will regularly visit college with your cohort of fellow apprentices to receive training on each element of your qualification, which may involve overnight stays of up to 5 nights at a time. You will also be closely supported by our in‑house Apprenticeship Coordinator as well as the Body Shop Manager and your mentor.
