Kitchen Assistant
Bury St Edmunds
£12.21 per hour
We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our client s busy kitchen team during peak periods. This position involves working both weekdays and weekends.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous kitchen experience and a good understanding of food safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general food preparation
- Help prepare hot and cold finger food
- Prepare cold meals such as sandwiches, baguettes, and salads
- Carry out pot washing and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Follow all kitchen processes and company policies
- Support with additional duties such as delivering food and clearing tables
- Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene
