💰 Salary: £29,351 per year (including shift allowance) + excellent benefits

Hours:
12-hour shifts, Friday-Sunday
Day
Shift: 6:00am - 6:15pm
Night
Shift: 6:00pm - 6:15am
Shifts alternate weekly between days and nights (36.75 hours/week)🎓 Training Schedule (First 4 Months):
Week 1:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Weeks 2-16:
Rotating Monday-Friday shifts:
Early: 6:00am - 2:00pm

As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll be at the centre of operations-working with advanced machinery, supporting production processes, and helping maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
Operate distillation and processing equipment with precision
Monitor systems and carry out routine safety and quality checks
Perform basic maintenance and report technical issues
Support lab testing and product analysis
Load/unload tankers and manage stock movement
Maintain clean, organised work spaces and follow safety protocols
Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Use control systems (PCS7) and follow SOPs and GMP standards
What We're Looking For
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
