This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancer to manage a varied residential caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including;
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and New build transactions
* Handling files from instruction to post-completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Providing clear and regular updates to clients and third parties
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and reports on title
* Conducting due diligence, title checks, and raising and responding to enquiries
* Liaising effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, developers, and clients
* Ensuring all regulatory requirements and internal compliance procedures are met
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records and case management systems
* Delivering exceptional levels of client care and service
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing is essential
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
* Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
* High level of attention to detail
* Professional, confident, and client-focused communication style
* Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware
