The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience to join a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will manage your own varied caseload while playing a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships. You will be trusted to deliver an exceptional conveyancing service from instruction through to completion, supported by a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions
- Managing sales and purchases
- Dealing with unregistered land and shared ownership transactions
- Liaising professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Managing property finance matters efficiently and accurately
- Providing clear, regular updates to clients to ensure an excellent client experience
About You

- Strong experience and technical knowledge in residential conveyancing
