HRIS Professional, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager, Employee Relations
We are looking for an experienced HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support our UK & Ireland operations. In this role, you will ensure accurate payroll delivery, manage employee benefits, maintain high‑quality HR data, and contribute to a smooth and positive employee experience. You will work closely with the Regional HR & Communications Manager and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do:Payroll Management
- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for the UK & Ireland, including data entry, hours verification, wage calculations, and discrepancy resolution.
- Manage one‑off payments and support the annual compensation review cycle.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Become a key user of our Time & Attendance and payroll systems and promote user adoption across the region.
- Complete monthly payroll journal postings and ensure accurate reporting to HMRC (and other relevant authorities).
- Administer a full range of employee benefits, including pensions, health insurance, and company car schemes.
- Handle all benefit‑related processes such as enrollments, changes, onboarding, and terminations.
- Act as a primary contact point for employee benefit queries.
- Support the selection and rollout of a new HRIS for the region.
- Participate in data audits, system testing, and user‑defined specification creation.
- Become a system “super user” and help drive successful implementation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, payroll documentation, and benefits files.
- Provide timely, reliable data to support budgeting cycles and recurring financial reporting.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
- Help schedule interviews, support recruitment activities, and contribute to employee relations tasks.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR purchase orders and ensure timely payment and reporting.
- Experienced or qualified in Payroll / Business Management, relevant to UK and IRE payroll (CPP desirable)
- Full payroll administration experience - including legislation and tax regulations, posting monthly payroll journals
- Managing relationships with benefit provider and other third parties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support managing information across teams
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy driven
- Experience with ADP and Kronos (UKG)
- Advanced in Excel / Microsoft Office
- Fluently in English
