The Chimney's Hospital in Bury St Edmunds is offering an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team. As an Occupational Therapist at the Chimney's Hospital, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, planning and reviewing treatment programmes under supervision, identifying and actioning referrals, and supporting the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways, and protocols. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create a therapeutic environment that empowers the recovery of the women in your care.

• Providing comprehensive OT assessments.
• Under supervision, planning and reviewing OT treatment programmes.
• Under supervision, identifying and actioning referrals both in‑house, including support staff, and to external agencies.
• Supporting the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways and protocols at St Mary's Hospital.
• Ensuring that contemporaneous, written and electronic records and activity data are maintained following professional and services standards.

• A Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• A UK HCPC registration (or applied for).
• Evidence of ability to research, plan, implement and evaluate projects for specific groups.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

. You will be working at the Chimney’s Clinic, a 12 bedded service that offers specialist care that is specifically designed to support women that have a diagnosis of an emerging or personality disorder.

• Annual base salary of ££31,000 pro rata for 19 hrs £15,706.67.
