Salary: GBP 13.12 – GBP 13.69 per hour, plus a GBP 1,000 Welcome bonus

As a Care Assistant, you will provide the best possible care and support both physically and emotionally to residents on a daily or nightly basis. Your responsibilities include personal care, preparing residents for the day or night ahead, assisting with regular routines, and providing an exceptional level of care and support during the day or night.

You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift and a supportive management team. You will ensure all resident activities are recorded effectively (training provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner. You will quickly become part of the home, a great place to live and work.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for care. You will work as part of a friendly care team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.
