Essential: A full UK driving licence and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service are required to start quickly.

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other specialists to help students reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Deliver tailored one‑to‑one and small‑group support for students with MLD and additional needs.
• Assist in lesson planning and delivery under teacher guidance.

• Maintain a calm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
  , ideally MLD.
• Full UK Driving Licence – essential for on‑site and off‑site activities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to obtain one immediately.
• Excellent communication, patience, and a proactive attitude
