Ecommerce and Marketing Executive, Content, Media, Manchester to £32,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ecommerce & Marketing team at an established multi-brand group in Greater Manchester. This B2B and B2C wholesaler and retailer, are proud to manage a diverse portfolio of leading brands and collections.
They’re looking for someone who’s motivated, organised, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in ecommerce and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines across different brands, can adapt quickly to changes and is happy to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed. You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and day-to-day ecommerce operations — helping to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and wider team across B2C and B2B online portals
• Help manage and update product listings across all websites and online marketplaces using Linnworks, Mirakl, and other platforms.
• Assist with website updates, promotional content, and product uploads on Shopify.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) and help manage community engagement.
• Support the creation and sending of email marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Cover customer service and order processing during holidays or busy periods.
• Assist in planning and delivering photoshoots — including product preparation, coordination, and post-production content management.
• Maintain and update image libraries and marketing assets.
• Provide general marketing and ecommerce support across departments when needed
Skills and Qualities:
• Previous experience in an ecommerce and marketing role (essential).
• Strong content creation skills — including social media, email campaigns, and product listings.
• Experience with Linnworks, Shopify or Mirakl/other platforms is a bonus, but training will be provided.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and helping others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your skills, work across multiple brands, and be part of a supportive team that values your ideas and effort, we’d love to hear from you
