School Caretaker

Location: Whitefield

We are seeking a reliable and proactive School Caretaker for our client in Whitefield. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the school premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Key holding duties, including locking and securing the building each evening
Ensuring the site is safe and secure at all times
Supervising cleaning staff and assisting with cleaning when required
Carrying out basic DIY and maintenance tasks
Assisting during exam periods by setting up and moving exam desks

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Basic maintenance skills and knowledge of health & safety & COSHH
Physically able to move furniture and equipment

All applicants must have an enhanced DBS certificate registered to the update service or be willing to obtain one.

2pm-7pm

Hourly Rate: £13.00ph
