Salary: £40,000.00

Type: Permanent (Onsite role)

Full time: 40 hours (Mon - Fri from 8:30am - 5pm)

Location: Bury St. Edmunds. (You MUST be located within a 90-minute radius of the site to be considered for this role)

As a Functional Assessor
, you will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face. You will carry out detailed assessments through telephone, video, or face-to-face appointments to understand how a claimant’s disability, condition, or illness affects their ability to carry out everyday activities in a respectful, fair, and reassuring manner.

With proven experience of working within a medical background you will

• Analyse information critically to create accurate and concise reports.
• Interpret clinical information and evidence.
• Maintain professional standards in written communication and adherence to code of conduct.
• Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues, meeting quality and productivity targets.
