Job Type: Full or Part Time positions available (20-40 hours per week)

Salary: £13.12 - £13.69 per hour, plus £1,000 Welcome bonus

As a Care Assistant, you will be required to provide the best possible care and support both physically and emotionally to residents on a daily or nightly basis.

• Provide the best possible care and support both physically and emotionally to residents on a daily or nightly basis.
• Personal care, getting ready for the day or night ahead, assisting with set routines and providing an exceptional level of care and support during the day or night.
• Recognize that residents  needs are the top priority; work with the resident to ensure their comfort and wellbeing.
• Be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a very supportive management team.
• Ensure all residents activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner.
• Become a part of the home and contribute to it being a great place to live and work.
• Work as part of a friendly care team and help the home adhere to necessary requirements and procedures at all times.
