Are you a Lead Design Engineer or Design Manager, with experience of the cleanroom / pharmaceutical industry, looking to lead a talented technical team within a growing and innovative manufacturing environment?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of engineering design and delivery for a market-leading manufacturer of clean air and containment equipment that plays a vital role in protecting people and products within hospitals, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities across Europe.

You'll lead a skilled multi-disciplinary team, overseeing the creation of bespoke and standard designs for critical applications such as aseptic and sterile processes, ensuring every solution meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

The Role:

• Lead, manage, and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team across Design, EC&I, and Compliance functions.
• Oversee the design and delivery of standard and bespoke containment and clean air solutions, ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.

The Candidate:

• Industry experience within cleanroom/containment
• Experience with in a lead or managerial role
• Strong mechanical design experience
