Customer Service Advisor - Bury - up to 25k DOE

An established and rapidly growing company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team based in Bury.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent service experience while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, ensuring queries are handled and resolved effectively
• Updating and amending customer details accurately on internal systems
• Setting up new customer accounts and assisting with completion of required forms
• Responding to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate customer data at all times

About you:

• You must have previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using IT systems, with a good working knowledge of Excel
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
