We’re known for modern, welcoming spaces, an emphasis on education, and unmatched customer service. Our highly trained cannabis associates provide personalized, one‑on‑one consultations to help patients and customers find the products that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities- Assist patients, caregivers, and customers with cannabis recommendations through product selection, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Maintain patient records through the systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service practices, including greeting, eye contact, courtesy, and confidentiality.
- Develop strong relationships by anticipating needs and maintaining knowledge of state regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Follow policies and procedures for inventory management, cash handling, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines.
- Complete the required state‑mandated training program.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
- Meet state age requirements as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
- Preferred at least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience.
- Cannabis experience a plus.
- Flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
$16 / hr w/ additional tips (tips not included in base pay).
Physical Requirements- Stand constantly.
- Walk frequently.
- Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms.
- Climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
