Warehouse Supervisor – Bartech Staffing
Hourly pay rate: $29.00
Job Responsibilities- Recommend measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production problems.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems; analyze production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
- Oversee all hourly Quality Inspectors and manage a team of 20-25 direct.
- Investigate and respond to quality issues identified by inspectors in collaboration with the client team.
- Perform standard supervisory duties including vacation planning, team coordination, safety incident prevention, and investigation.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. - 2-4 years of experience required.
- Open to early-career candidates with less than 2 years of experience who demonstrate strong leadership potential and a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Supervisory experience in automotive or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing and distribution.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
