Location:

Burton, MI

Pay Range: $32-$34 per hr

Shift: Mon-Friday (should be comfortable working 1st OR 2nd shift). Should expect some overtime.

• Oversee warehouse employees to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness meet business objectives.
• Counsel and support hourly employees with their needs and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• Address performance behaviors by recognizing positives and addressing negatives constructively.
• Utilize Quality Network problem-solving processes to identify opportunities and engage the workforce for improvements.
• Conduct daily safety observation tours and ensure compliance with safety standards and shop rules.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of technical or business training preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality control.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and work effectively with diverse teams.
