We are looking to recruit to our clinic administration team within East Staffordshire. This role will be a patient facing role, supporting with the reception cover at two of our sites, Hill Street wellbeing Centre in Stapenhill, Burton and Balance Street Health Centre, in Uttoxeter.

We have a full time vacancy for Monday - Friday with regular days at both sites.

It is a really exciting time working within East Staffordshire. The clinic administration services have adapted and innovated their service delivery and are working more integrated than ever. The clinics are a hub of exceptional patient care and are a key part of future care delivery. East Staffordshire services are co‑located over a small number of sites which provides a supportive and inclusive environment in which to work.

Main

duties of the job

The successful candidates will work as part of a supportive clinic admin team, and alongside the clinical services including Nursing, Podiatry and Physiotherapy. The team is a patient facing team, covering the receptions of both of our main clinic sites.

Responsibilities include directing patients to the clinics, booking of patient appointments, using clinical systems (Rio), liaising with partner agencies and ensuring the general running of the building.
